Image 6, Cabarrus County, NC.
If this is "this" Jacob" Bogar, then Caty is still living and they have a number of children. Still anyone's guess if this is the same "Jacob Bogar."4 He witnessed Caty Cort's death at Cabarrus County, North Carolina, say 1821.3,5 Jacob Boger married Margaret Barbara Hartline on 24 August 1821 at Rowan County, North Carolina.1 Jacob Boger died between 1825 and 1830 at Rowan County, North Carolina; if Margaret is the head of household in 1830 and this is the same household as Jacob Boger in 1820 Rowan County NC census.5 He research possibilities are Marriage of a Jacob Boger and Caty Cort found in NC Marriage Bonds, 1741-1868; Thomas Goodman Bondsman, J. Brim Witness. There is a "James Cart" [sic] in the 1800 Salisbury, Iredell County, NC census (10201 02001). The daughters are ony 10-15, so if this is the father of Caty she must have married by the time the census was taken. If they were married, then she is the 1 female 26 thru 44 in the 1820 census, since Jacob was not married to Barbara Hartline until 1821 (if this is the Jacob who married Barbara). All of this very tentative. at Cabarrus County, North Carolina.5
