At least one source 'Descendants of Robert Fletcher of Concord' 1881 states that Mr. Fiske filed suit against Joshua Fletcher 'for breaking into his house, and accompanying with his mayd servant.' Acc to book Mr. Fiske was his brother-in-law, but Barbara Petty, in an email to me, said not really, his sister m Rev. Fisk's son John.1 John died on 1 January 1679 at Massachusetts at age 31.2
