     Nancy Shirk was born on 12 January 1786 at Rockbridge County, Virginia.1,2 She married Adam Nelson at Ohio say 1802.1,2 As of say 1802,her married name was Nelson.1 She witnessed Adam Nelson's death at Brookville, Franklin County, Indiana, on 2 May 1819.2 Nancy Shirk lived; GA, KY, OH, IN.1 In Andrew Shirk's will on 31 December 1828 at Springfield Township, Frankllin County, Indiana, John, Martha, Nancy, Andrew, David, Samuel and Joseph was named as an heir.3 As of 5 March 1829,her married name was Ryburn.1 She married John Ryburn at Franklin County, Indiana, on 5 March 1829.1,2 Nancy Shirk died on 2 May 1829 at Franklin County, Indiana, at age 43.1 She one source has her date of death 1819, but I would think 1829 more likely, as Nancy Nelson was alive Dec 31, 1828, when father Andrew Shirk's will written.1 She died on 22 April 1869 at Newark, Knox County, Missouri, at age 83.2

William Andrews son of the above named Ensign William Andrews deceased having delivered unto me one good yoke of oxen out of my father's cattle to be my own free from any obligation of paying anything for them and the free privilege incomes and benefit of eight apple trees standing in the field during my natural life will acquit my said father's estate from me and my heirs forever.
Nextly I John Andrews son to the deceased William Andrews am fully satisfied as to any more portion out of my father's estate provided I may peaceably possess and enjoy the thirty acres of upland which I received of my father provided it appear to be thirty acres or be made up twenty nine or thirty acres then I John Andrews will acquit the said estate which my father died freed of from me I John Andrews & my heirs forever.
