     Hannah Van Lent was born in 1769 at New York; age 26-44 1810 census.2,3 She is included in the biography of Benjamin Ketcham; Benjamin moved to Smithville, and later back again to the southern border of McDonough, where he lived until his death in 1859. He married Hannah Lent as his second wife. They had Isaac, who married a Hotchkiss girl, and then lived in Smithville and Binghampton. They also had Sarah, who married Hiram Reed, a Smithville and Greene farmer.4 She married Benjamin Ketcham at Chenango County, New York, circa 1799.4 Her married name was Ketcham.1 Hannah was probably a free white female, age 26 and under 45, in Benjamin Ketcham's household on the 1810 Census at Chenango County, New York; Benjamin Kethemen [sic] 0 1 1 1 0 1 0 1 1 0 0 males 0-9; 1 male 10-15 (Isaac 10); 1 male 16-25 ; 1 male 26-44 (Benjamin 41); 1 female 0-9 (Sarah); 0 females 10-15; 1 female 16-25 ; 1 female 26-44 (Hannah.)5 In Benjamin Ketcham's will, Hannah and Hiram was named by Benjamin to handle his estate on 12 March 1833 at Smithville, Chenango County, New York.6 Hannah Van Lent died on 11 June 1851 at McDonough, Chenango County, New York.3
