Nancy Wright Gilstrap was the wealthiest widow in the county, according to family letters and the will. Nancy had 11 children by Richard and raised his sons David and Peter, who shared equaly in the estate.4,3' She married Richard Gilstrap, son of Peter Gilstrap Jr and Mary Jane Bright, on 24 May 1797 at Rowan County, North Carolina.1 Her married name was Gilstrap.1 They attested to the validity of Richard Wright Jr.'s will on 12 May 1833 at Davidson County, North Carolina.3 Nancy Ann Wright died on 10 April 1860 at Salem, Washington County, Indiana, at age 80.1

Proved Apr 16 1793.5 Col Joseph Greeley died on 13 May 1840 at Hudson, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, at age 83; "He was a private in tghe Revolutionary War, enlisting in Capt Walker's Company, Colonel Reed's Regiment April 25 1775, and served eight months. Again enlisted December 1776, in Capt Walker's Company, Colonel Gilman's Regiment and served three months; and again eenlisted Sept 1777, in Captain Walker's company, Colonel Moore's Regiment, serving one month. He was wounded at the Battle of Bunker Hill, and placed on the pension roll under the old disability act Aug 4 1794. He was at one time a school teacher. He received 2 pounds, 16s 4d for loss sustained at the Battle of Bunker Hill; viz. one knapsack, two shirts, two pair leather breeches, and one cartridge box. He represented Hudson at the General Court in 1795-6-7-1811-15-16-37; town treasurer, 1798; town clerk 1796-9-1800; school inspector 1810; major the fithe Fifth New Hampshire Regiment in 1817-18 and colonel in 1819-20. His will, made July 4 1836, probated June 2 1840, is on record Nashua Probate, Vol XLVIII page 31.4 He was buried at Blodget Cemetery, Hudson, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.2
